By five-time Gr 1 winner and hugely promising young sire Hawwaam, Tempting Fortune is a half-brother to seven winners. His three black type half-brothers include Winterbach Stud’s Gr 1 winning sire Master Archie, with this colt’s stakes winning dam a full sister to Gr 1 Allan Robertson Championship third placegetter Valeta.

Lot 28: Unnamed f Declarationofpeace – Earth’s Orbit

By a stakes winning son of the mighty War Front, this filly is a yearling with plenty of paddock value. A full sister to impressive debut winner Spacebound, she is a half-sister to six other winners notably Gr 3 Lebelo Sprint winner Taikonaut and World Sports Betting Perfect Promise Sprint Listed winner Mercury Rising. Another half-sister, Veronica Mars, finished second in both the Lady’s Bracelet Listed and WSB Sign Up Now Ladies Mile Listed. This is the family of champions Foveros and Hinterland.

Lot 197: Caesar’svastghost c Vercingetorix – Come Fly With Me

By South Africa’s reigning champion sire, this regally bred colt is a half-brother to four winners including Gr 1 World Sports Betting Cape Town Met/Gr 1 HWB Cape Guineas winning sire Double Superlative and the promising Vroom Vroom. His Gr 3 placed dam is a full-sister to Gr 1 Mercury Sprint winner Fly By Night.

Lot 262: Unnamed f Rafeef – I Like It Hot

This filly is out of a twice-winning half-sister to Equus Champion, and triple Gr 1 winner, Via Africa. The latter has produced a pair of Gr 1 winners in Australia, namely Gr 1 ATC Golden Rose winning sire In The Congo and the unbeaten sensation Gr 1 ATC Epsom Handicap winner Autumn Glow. Both horses were sired by a son of Redoute’s Choice, whose son Rafeef is responsible for the filly on sale.
