Scottsville saw another victim of TC02 on Sunday as racing switched from Cape Town and Johannesburg to Pietermaritzburg for the final day of the weekend.

Frank Robinson's My Boy Lollipop was scratched out of the first race due to Elevated levels.

This followed Saturday's disaster at Kenilworth where 9/20 feature race fancy, One Stripe and 6 other horses were scratched on south Africa's worst TC02 day ever. Turffontein, who also raced on the same day, had no TC02 scratchings.

My Boy Lollipop was a 5/10 shot in the first but luckily for punters, it did form part of the exotics bar the bipot and the horse was covered as the favourite won the eventa anyway.

Fortunately for the organizers, that was the only scratching of that nature on the day.
