Gold Circle’s Board confirmed today (Wednesday 12th January) that its Financial Director, Mr Lawrence Nachito, had been suspended on full pay pending a hearing into alleged breaches of the company’s policies and limits of authority.

Commenting, Gold Circle Chairman Mr Kim Labuschagne said: “In the interest of corporate governance, this is simply a process that must take its course. I can assure our Members that, in Mr Nachito’s absence, our finance and accounting functions will remain very soundly directed.”

Executive Directors Messrs Graeme Hawkins and Patrick Loker will also attend hearings relating to limits of authority and company policy.
