Frances Ethel Out of the July

Frances Ethel won't take her place in Africa's great race.

The Team Valor owned filly whose claim to fame was a stunning win in the G2 SA Oaks, was reported to be unwell and has been subsequently scratched. Her situation is not life threatening and she will be exported as soon as the schedule allows.

The filly was always headed to the States post her career in South Africa.
